Two finger-licking autumn encounters

Just because summer is over doesn’t mean that Ibiza is on standby until next season. This is evidenced by two cuisine events which begin in autumn and you can’t miss: take note of the participating restaurants and make sure to book your table. Take a bite of the island’s flavours!

Ibiza’s flavours of this autumn include almond and carob

The sixth edition of “Ibiza Sabor” Gastronomic Days includes 41 restaurants scattered all around the island and which will offer a special menu until 10th December that includes almonds and carobs as main ingredients. Both of these traditional products of Ibiza are featured in this edition both through the courses served by participating restaurants and through scheduled activities for these gastronomic days. Amongst them all, we recommend open house days that will take place on 11th November (between 10 am and 1 pm) at Sant Joan’s mill, when you will be able to try this year’s first pressed oil in Ibiza; and on 18th November at Ibiza’s fishermen’s guild, where children will be able to take part in environmental activities (to make a booking please contact 0034 626 904 728 as this will be a requirement).
