It doesn’t matter where you are staying. There is no place for laziness: you have to pick-up a map and enjoy your convertible. The best way to begin your Ibiza tour, chic style, is to head towards Santa Gertrudis which is located in the centre of the island. Here you will find Plaisir’s fabulous breakfasts, where you can eat lovely, traditional pastries or generous servings of toast so you can start your day full of energy. You will also find freshly squeezed juices. After having coffee, it’s time for a stroll through the town –there are very few streets- and you can visit all the shops that are full of chic temptations such as the ones you will find in the Es Cucons and Wanderlust Ibiza shops. We warn you that you will be very tempted… and if you are not in a hurry to get to the beach yet, get into your car and head towards Sluiz, which is about 1 km away from the town. You will find fun proposals and, depending on the day, even performances on their bar terrace.

The next stop is at the South of Ibiza, one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches on the island: Es Cavallet. If what you enjoy the most is people watching, it’s best if you visit the beach next to it: Ses Salines. But if you fancy getting away from everyone, get away from the beach bar, walk along the shore and put your towel down wherever you prefer. You may also remove your bathing suit. Es Cavallet is one of Ibiza’s nudist beaches.

Here you will find a pebble beach which is famous especially because of the sofisticated and luxurious Blue Marlin beach club. Have a coffee or a cocktail, as you wish. Although, if what you really fancy is a swim, head towards cala Vedella and enjoy a refreshing dip in its transparent waters.
Platges de Comte

You will really like the road to platges de Comte. Pay attention to Sant Josep de Sa Talaia –have dinner there one night and also a cocktail- and the views you will have shortly after going passed it, when the road turns into a fantastic viewpoint over San Antonio’s bay. And to end this part of the route, you will reach platges de Compte, one of the best spots to enjoy Ibiza’s sunset. On the horizon, to escort the sun, you will find a group of islets known as the Poniente islets –in the background- and the Sa Conillera island and the Illa d’es Bosc (island of es Bosc). With a bit of luck you will even be able to watch it from the Sunset Ashram beach bar terrace.
Sant Agustí de Es Vedrá
Coordinates: 38.940974, 1.293580
After getting dolled up ready for the evening, head towards Sant Agustí de Es Vedrá, an enchanting group of four houses –quite literally- that sit surrounding the church which has the same name. Here you fill find two great restaurants: Can Berri Vell, where their fine dine creative cuisine is perfect for a gourmet meal, and Bar Can Berri, with a marvellous garden and original dishes, with a down to earth, friendly ambiance. We wouldn’t be lying if we say that both options are amongst our favourite restaurants that the island has to offer.
