1. Charges for petrol / gasoil.
It’s very important that you cleary report before making a booking on that point, because most of low cost car rental companies iclude this charge when the stays are less than three days. When it happens, the companies charge the cost of the tank in advance and the client has to return it as he/she wishes – obviously he or she tries to do it as empty as possible -. A practice that always benefits the rental company. In Moto Luis we don’t charge any fuel fees. We deliver the car full of gas and you have to return it in the same way. Without extra or hidden charges.
2. Airport
If you want to pick up the car a the airport, comfirm this point with the company with which you are hiring. All the low cost offices have their offices outside the airport and the client has to wait the shuttle bus they provide. Our cars are at the airport parking lot and our staff is waiting at the same point for the clients.
3. Insurances
Do not hesitate to hire insurance with full coverage, that only means a little extra charge but it will allow you, among other advantages, to dropp the car off to the airport directly, without having to wait to return the car to our staff. Furthermore, with this coverage you won’t have to pay any franchises. However, be careful as there’s no insurance that covers the underside of the car and break of wheels.
