With over 80 years running it is the oldest ice cream parlour on the island. It is located in the Marina area of Ibiza city (Antoni Riquer Square, 5) opposite the dock of the boats that sail to Formentera (Av. Santa Eulalia, 5). They have over 25 different flavours; if you do not know which one to choose, go for nougat: it’s a classic! Or maybe you prefer spicy chocolate? If you love (or haven’t tried) horchata (tiger nut drink), this is the place to try it!
It is located opposite the San Antonio church and, although this artisan ice-cream shop does not have a very wide range of ice cream flavours, we can assure you that they are second to none! Amongst their selection you will usually find flaó ice cream, inspired by the traditional Ibizan cake made with sheep’s cheese and peppermint. They also serve horchata and sorbets and they have small tables outside so you will be able to calmly enjoy a nice spot in San Antonio.
In Sant Carles de Peralta, on one of the pedestrian streets opposite the church, you will find one of the best ice cream parlours in Ibiza: Viccio. Make sure to pop inside during your car route along the east of Ibiza and give yourself a treat. Amongst all the different choices, we recommend you try the hazelnut, pistachio, chocolate fudge and banana split. As well as artisan ice creams, on their menu there is also homemade lemonade, cakes, crêpes, milkshakes and Italian sorbets, amongst others.
This ice cream shop is another refreshing place you should keep in mind during your walks along the Marina in Ibiza city. It is at number 6 on Mestre Joan Mayans’ Road and, if you happen to pass by, we recommend you don’t resist temptation. Their current ice cream flavour choices include pistachio, hazelnut, coconut, amarena cherry, white chocolate, passionfruit, peanut and rice pudding, amongst others, as well as ice creams made with soy milk.
Another good option to cool down in San Antonio is at Milu, an ice cream parlour located at the end of the promenade, next to Caló des Moro beach. Also, if you go at the end of the day you will be able to watch the sunset… Amongst their artisan ice creams there is an irresistible black chocolate flavour but also refreshing ones such as mango, lemon and… gazpacho!
