Discover Ibiza on a scooter: San Antonio to San Carlos route
Spring is a great time to discover Ibiza on a scooter: temperatures are mild, fields are in blossom, there isn’t too much road traffic yet and it is even possible to have a swim in the sea. If you are already living in Ibiza, book your scooter with us and follow this scooter route along the island.
Scooter route along Ibiza: from San Antonio to San Carlos
Along this route, which is designed for 125cc’s (as 50 cc’s are not powerful enough to drive up steep hills), you will find some of the most stunning countryside views on the island. It doesn’t really make a difference in which direction you decide to go there, but we do recommend you take the one we are suggesting. The route begins (or will end) in San Antonio, where we have our main office, and continue through Santa Inés, San Mateo, San , San Juan, San Vicent and San Carlos.

Santa Agnés’ s fields of almond trees, Sant Mateu´s vineyards, some of the most beautiful beaches on the East of Ibiza, a wide range of the traditional ibizan fortress church and the the most unspoilt side of Ibiza.

The winding strecht of curves that joins Sant Joan with Sant Vicent de Sa Cala through the Sa Mala Costa mountains.

You may want to try Can Cosmi’s vegetable omelet, Can a Hathai’s Vietnamese dishes in Sant Miquel, On the Beach’s tasty burgers or El Bigote’s traditional “bullit de peix” (boiled fish stew), in Cala Mastella.

Enjoy a good beach time in Cala Sant Vicent and on the virgin coves of Aigües Blanques, Es Figueral and Cala Boix.
Don´t forget…
To visit San Vicent de sa Cala’s church. You will be surprised by the tranquility in this remote side of Ibiza.
Indications:
Between Santa Agnés and Sant Mateu the road coming out of Santa Agnés´s church continues. It is also highly recommended to bypass Es Plà de Corona and Es Plà de Sant Mateu. In both cases there´s a small road that sourrounds the valleys.
